Curb Appeal collects the information you submit through forms on this site, your name, email, phone number, package interest, and message, to respond to your inquiry and deliver the service you request. We store it securely and do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Marketing emails are optional and include an unsubscribe option. Opting out stops future marketing, while essential account and order messages remain available. To have your data corrected or deleted, reply to any email from us or write to the address below and we'll take care of it promptly.
This site sets no advertising trackers. Payment processing, when you purchase, is handled by Stripe on Stripe's systems, card details never touch ours.
We retain your verified email, optional name, consent record and basic service events to provide free-kit access and enforce the one-listing allowance. Choosing marketing is separate from requesting the free kit. We use Supabase for private account records and Resend to deliver requested email and opted-in marketing. We do not sell your information or share it for another company's marketing.
Draft details and resized photos stay in your browser tab's session storage. Closing the tab can remove them. They are transmitted to our server to render previews and downloads, but are not stored there or published by us. We retain a fingerprint of the listing address after export to enforce the free allowance, rather than the address itself. Service events record confirmation, previews, exports and website interest. We retain contact and consent records while you use the service, and suppression records to honor opt-outs. Request access, correction or deletion at help@thatscurbappeal.com. Expired access links and sessions are cleared during routine requests.
